SchuF was established in 1911 in Germany and now has design and manufacturing plants in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, India, Germany and Brazil.
The founders of SchuF invented the lift plug, the ram and the disc bottom outlet valve categories.
Today, SchuF has a broad product portfolio based on these initial inventions as well as further developments which include the first diverter valve and many unique control valve designs such as the X-Flash model shown above that enables medium flashing to take place outside (X for External) of the valve body.
